My kids absolutely love crafts and activities, so I thought we’d spend the week leading up to Christmas doing just that.
As they are still quite young, their concentration span isn’t massive, so we kept everything simple.
One craft they had heaps of fun with was some super cute moveable Santa and Friends puppets. The kids had a blast coloring and decorating the figures, and then role playing with them – they didn’t even realize they were working fine motor skills and learning at the same time as playing! Crafts are always a win 🙂
We had Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer:
And a sweet little elf (he was a BIG hit with my daughter!):
And just like Eleanor Roosevelt said it: “behind every great man is a great woman” so we couldn’t leave Mrs. Claus out of the picture:
