In a nutshell, here’s how it works:
- Select your options, upload the photo and leave a note if text is to be added, and I’ll do the rest That’s it!
Who does the art?
Me – I do all the artwork myself, nothing is outsourced and all contact is with me directly.
And because it’s not going through several hands, I can guarantee consistency and faster turn around times.
The other awesome thing about dealing directly with the artist (me), is that if you would like something done differently, I can accommodate for it:
- eg. you’d prefer a red hat over the blue one in the photo, let me know, I’ll fix it up.
- or you think my background options are kinda “meh” and you really like a sample you’ve found, tell me about it.
- not too fond of my font selection? I have hundreds I can use, or feel free to send me a style you like

Extra info. in case you get stuck:
- The UPLOAD option is in the “Cart” page – between the “cart” and “cart total” sections. Or you can email it to me if it’s easier for you.
- If you would like TEXT included, please ensure you leave a note with the name/wording at checkout.
- When selecting a photo, it is important that you send me a clear photo where the subject is the focal point. Please ensure the lighting is good, the photo isn’t blurry or grainy and that you haven’t applied filters to it. Don’t stress, if something isn’t right, I will get in contact with you 🙂
So… when will I get my goods?
I’ll send you a draft within a day or 2 of your order.
Once you’ve approved the draft, it will usually be another day or 2 before I finalize it.
Once you’ve given me the thumbs up here’s what happens:
- If you’ve selected “digital” you will get it right away (well, not RIGHT away, but as soon as I read your email :p)
- If you’ve selected poster or frame, it will be another 7-10 working days before the final product arrives to your door
If you need this during a period of high demand (eg. Christmas), I suggest ordering early, as there could be shipping delays that are out of my control
