Welcome!
Below are the full Terms of Use and Licensing Guidelines for all RamonaM Graphics products. Whether you’re using my clip art, fonts, or digital paper in a classroom, commercial resource, or self-published book — this is the place to find everything you need to know.
🔁 This page is kept up to date with the most current Terms of Use and Licensing information.
You’re welcome to download the official Terms of Use PDF here for your records and to get a logo (see point 4: Credit Guidelines) — but I recommend checking back from time to time in case of important updates.

✅ Standard Terms of Use
All illustrations, graphics, and fonts under RamonaM Graphics are the intellectual property of Ramona Majdis. These resources are provided for personal and limited commercial use by a single user only, as outlined below.
If others wish to use the same graphics, please purchase additional licenses to ensure fair use and continued support of small creators.
1. You MAY:
Personal Use
- Use for personal projects within your own classroom, daycare, home, or private practice (e.g. tutors, therapists).
Educational & Commercial Use
- Use to complement and enhance your own original educational content, creations, and ideas — such as worksheets, activities, décor, or printable resources — and sell them on platforms like Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, your blog, or personal website.
- Graphics and fonts must be used as part of a larger educational or creative resource — not as the main or sole content. Your final product must reflect your own creativity, teaching purpose, and effort.
- The graphics and fonts must be securely embedded in a flattened file (PDF, JPEG, PNG) that cannot be easily extracted.
- Use in digital, interactive, moveable, or drag-and-drop educational resources (e.g., Google Slides™, Boom Cards™, PowerPoint™, Canva, etc.) provided the graphics are embedded in a way that prevents extraction, such as being flattened in background images or locked.
- Credit must be given (see point 4: Credit Guidelines).
Blog/Store & Social Media Graphics Use
- Use in your own store logo, blog header, product cover, or promotional materials if you do not create or sell clip art yourself.
- Credit is appreciated but not required in promotional banners, logos, or cover images. However, a shout-out or backlink is always lovely!
2. You may NOT:
- Redistribute, share, or sell my original graphics, fonts, or files.
- Use my artwork to create new clipart, borders, fonts, digital paper, or logos.
- Use RamonaM Graphics in standalone or primary-design products (commercial merchandise or mass production) intended for resale – e.g. stickers, t-shirts, svg cutting files, gift tags, mugs, coloring pages, planner inserts, mobile app assets, font/letter/number tracing sheets etc.
- Use my graphics and fonts as the main or sole content of your product. Your final resource must demonstrate your own instructional purpose, creativity, and meaningful contribution — not simply a compilation of fonts, borders or illustrations.
- ❌ For example: A tracing book created by simply typing the alphabet using a RamonaM font — even when paired with decorative illustrations, clip art, or borders — is not permitted. While RamonaM fonts and graphics may hold educational value on their own, that value has already been thoughtfully created and provided by the artist. Repurposing these elements without adding meaningful instructional content or original effort is not permitted under this license.
- You may not redistribute or embed RamonaM fonts in editable or installable formats — including PowerPoint™ templates, Canva™ templates, font packs, apps, or any format where the font can be accessed or installed by others.
- Use graphics in blog or store designs for clients (commercial design services).
- Use in professionally published books, commercial curriculum, or mass-market publishing (e.g., distributed by a third party or sold through major publishing companies).
📝 Your product must always reflect your own creativity and educational purpose — simply combining my fonts or illustrations with other clip art or design elements (even from different artists) does not meet this requirement.
3. Extended License:
Some usage types go beyond the scope of the Standard License outlined above and require an Extended License for full compliance.
Extended Licenses are not standalone agreements — they must be used in conjunction with the Standard Terms of Use. They simply extend the permissions granted for specific use cases (e.g., self-publishing, moveable pieces, editable PDFs).
Extended Licenses apply to the following cases and become valid only after a unique License ID has been issued. This ID must be clearly stated in your product listing or within the file itself for verification purposes.
Note: “RamonaM Graphic Sets” refers to: clip art, borders, frames, digital paper and fonts sold by RamonaM Graphics.
Self-Publishing Use
Upon being granted an Extended Self-Publishing License, you may use RamonaM Graphics sets in resources you self-publish (e.g., eBooks, activity books, printables, or journals), on platforms like Amazon KDP, Lulu, Etsy or similar, provided the following conditions are met:
• The work is published under your own name or brand (not through third-party publishers or commercial publishing houses).
• The graphics are used as part of a broader educational or creative resource, not as the main standalone element (see points 1 & 2 above)
• The final product is securely flattened, locked, or embedded so graphics cannot be extracted.
• Credit must be given (see point 4: Credit Guidelines).
To purchase the Self-Publishing License – For use in a Single Title with a maximum of 3 RamonaM Graphic Sets:
To purchase the Self-Publishing License – For Use in Any Number of Self-Published Books using any RamonaM Graphics Sets:
Moveable Pieces Use
Upon being granted a Moveable Pieces License, you may use RamonaM Graphics and fonts in interactive or moveable resources where the artwork cannot be securely flattened or locked (e.g Google Slides™, PowerPoint™, Boom Cards™ or Canva™) provided the following conditions are met:
- The graphics are used as part of a broader educational or creative resource, not as the main standalone element (see points 1 & 2 above)
- To help protect the artwork in resources where flattening isn’t possible, you must apply at least one layer of protection to reduce the risk of easy extraction. You can do this by either of the following methods:
- Overlaying the image with a text box, label, or instructional element.
- Adding a patterned or textured background behind the image (plain solid color backgrounds are not sufficient)
- After applying protection, save the final slide or page as a flattened PNG or JPEG image before inserting it into your resource.
- Credit must be given (see point 4: Credit Guidelines).
To purchase the Moveable Pieces License – Single Use with a maximum of 3 RamonaM Graphic Sets:
To purchase the Moveable Pieces License – For Any Number of Moveable Resources using any RamonaM Graphics sets:
Editable PDF Use
Upon being granted an Editable PDF Font License, you may embed RamonaM installable fonts into editable or form-fillable PDF resources (e.g., worksheets, assessments, templates) where end users can type into fields using the licensed font(s), provided the following conditions are met:
- The fonts are used as part of a broader educational or creative resource — not as the sole or primary feature of the resource. You may not create font packs, tracing pages, or editable products that consist only of typed letters, words, or names using RamonaM fonts, even if paired with illustrations (see points 1 & 2 above)
- Fonts used in editable PDFs must be securely embedded to prevent access to the actual font file. They must not be linked, installed, or redistributed in a way that allows end users to extract, copy, or install the font.
- Credit must be given (see point 4: Credit Guidelines)
